2008年2月結成。ヴォーカル／ギター、ツガハラのヘビーなサウンドと、ポップセンスのバランスがとれたメロディー、パワフルでタイトなケイのドラム。かき鳴らす図太いナナイのベースが生み出すサウンドは唯一無二。
意気投合した彼らは、わずかな期間で数十曲を書き上げ、ツガハラの盟友ケビン・ラッターマン（ex：elliott）をプロデューサーに迎え、アメリカでレコーディングを行う。同時にライブも敢行し、熱狂の渦を激発させる。すでにアメリカ、韓国でもリリースされ、パワーポップの枠を超えた本作は、一曲目からぶっとばされること間違いなし！
2009年2月には、レーベルメイトでもあるPARK RANGER(Joshua,The Ataris)を日本へ呼んでツアーを敢行。3月には彼らと共に12本のアメリカツアーを敢行（共演：Frontier(s),Long Since Forgotten,Kiss Kiss 等）し、アメリカで話題のインディバンドと共演する。６月の韓国ツアーの興奮も覚めやらぬまま、いよいよ日本でのリリースが決定！
Formed 2008….Hailing from Tokyo/Japan, Satoshi and Kei got acquainted through a common acquaintance. And, they formed PARMS agreeing at once. To make more dynamic sound and more POP music, Satoshi and Kei found Jiro from the internet. The voice of Satoshi plays the melody that enchants everyone. Powerful drum sound that Kei kicks out. Bass of jiro that stability and supports it from the under heavily. They wrote 13 songs in the formation several months. Then To obtain a dynamic sound and melody, they entered Recordiing with Kevin Ratterman(Producer,Wax fang drummer) in October 2008. They will release first debut full album in USA/JAPAN/KOREA on 2009. They schedule Japan/USA tour with PARK RANGER(USA/NY) at the beginning of 2009.
